How to Locate Speaker Hub on the Backend
This guide will walk you through the steps to access the speakers hub on the backend.
Step 1: Access the Sessions Tab
- Navigation: Begin by logging into your event management platform's backend. Once you are logged in, look for the main navigation menu, typically located on the left side of the screen.
- Sessions Tab: Click on the "Sessions" tab in this menu. This section is where you manage all aspects related to event sessions, including the schedules, session details, and more importantly, the speakers.
Step 2: Go to Session Listing
- Locating Session Listings: After clicking on the Sessions tab, select the option labeled "Session Listing." This area lists all the sessions planned for your event, allowing you to view and manage each one.
Step 3: Access Settings
- Settings Button: At the top right of the Session Listing screen, there will be a Settings button. Click this button to proceed to further.
Step 4: Locate the Speaker Hub
- Navigating to Speaker Hub: In the Settings menu, look for the third option which should be labeled as Speakers Hub. This option is dedicated to managing all speaker-related information.
- Access Speaker Hub: Click on this option to access the Speakers Hub.
