How to manage the footer from the landing page builder

Learn how to customize the footer of your landing page to provide essential links and information, helping users easily navigate important pages like your Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Step 1: Access the Footer Settings

1. 1. Open the Landing Page Builder for your event or platform.
   2. Scroll down to the Footer section, or find it in the component list.
   3. Click on the Footer to expand customization options.
      
      

Step 2: Customize Footer Options

Once in the Footer settings, you’ll see several options:

• Hide Powered by vFairs: Toggle this option to hide or show the "Powered by vFairs" label in the footer.
• Show Social Icons: Toggle this to display or hide social media icons in the footer. 

Step 3: Set the Background Color

1. 1. Locate the Background Color option.
   2. Click on the color box or enter a color hex code (e.g., #212121 for black).
   3. This changes the footer background to your selected color, allowing it to match the overall theme of your landing page.
      
      

Step 4: Manage Footer Links

1. 1. In the Link Management Fields section, you can add, edit, or delete links that appear in the footer.
   2. To edit an existing link, click in the text boxes and enter the desired Link Name (e.g., Privacy Policy) and URL (e.g., https://yourprivacypolicy.com).
   3. To delete a link, click the trash icon next to it.
   4. To add a new link:
      • Click Add another link.
      • Enter the Link Name and URL for the new link.
   5. Repeat this for any additional links you want to include.

Step 5: Save Changes

After customizing your footer, be sure to save or publish the changes in the landing page builder to ensure they reflect on your live site.
