How to Map User Details on the Certificates

Learn how to map user details onto the certificate template to ensure that the relevant data is accurately populated and displayed on the certificates before they are shared with attendees.

  1. Head over to the "Engagement" section in the event's backend and access the certificate settings

2. Add the certificate and head over to the "Add Mapping" section within the certificate creation drawer.

3. Click on the "Add Mapping" button and the mapping section will pop yp.

4.  Adjust the mapping coordinates to position the fields exactly where they need to appear and then click on the "Configure" button.

5. Select field that needs to be captured dynamically on the certificate file from the "Registration Form" section.

6. Click on the "Settings" button in case text formatting specific adjustments are required.

7. After adding all the mapping specific adjustments, click on the save button to ensure that the updates are saved and then save the final certificate entry.
