How to Opt-In and Opt-Out from Chat Queue?
Booth admins who have opted into the chat queue can opt out by accessing the Full Tab View of chat, navigating to Settings, and selecting the Opt Out option. After confirming, they will be removed from the chat queue.
Representatives can opt out of the chat queue when this option is enabled in the chat queue settings
Steps to Opt Out of Chat Queue

Ensure Eligibility

The user must be signed in as a Booth Admin and already opted into the chat queue.

Access Full Tab View of Chat

Navigate to the Full Tab View of the chat interface.

Go to Chat Settings

In the full tab view, locate and click on Settings in the top left corner.

Select Opt-Out Option

Click on Opt Out from the settings menu, make sure you dont have any chats in the queue until system will not allow to opt-out from the queue.

A confirmation prompt will appear asking you to confirm your choice.

Confirm Opt-Out

Once confirmed, you will be successfully opted out of the chat queue.

- Booth admin can always opt back in by using the "Enable Chat Queue" button from the Chat Menu.
