How to pre-approve attendees?

This step by step guide will help you in uploading your pre-approved attendees in the admin backend. 

 

Steps to access and manage the pre-approved participants listing: 

  1. Login to the backend portal using the email address and password shared by your vFairs representative.
  2. From the left menu, navigate to the Participants and then go to the Pre-Approved Attendees section: 

3. You will see the below screen where you can view the already uploaded attendees or also add a new pre-approved attendees by clicking the add button on the top right corner of the screen. 


4. Complete the following fields to add your new attendee in the pre-approved list: 


5. You can also click on the import button to import a bunch of attendees at once instead of adding people one by one:


6. Click on the Download Template, and fill it in with your attendees data. 
7. Next, once your csv file is ready, you can click on the Upload CSV button and upload your new pre-approved attendees data.
