vFairs records every touchpoint from the standpoint of reporting and provides reports to the organizers so they can glean insights.
How to View/Download Reports
Step 1: Log in to vFairs admin portal
- Open your web browser and navigate to the vFairs event dashboard.
- You can to login to the event dashboard by providing your admin credentials.
Step 2: Access the Reports Dashboard
- Once logged in, find the navigation menu on the left-hand side.
- Click on the "Analytics" section >> Event analytics. This will take you to the main reports dashboard.
Step 3: Choose the Type of Report
- In the reports dashboard, you will see a list of available report categories, such as:
- User Activity Reports: Tracks user engagement, login frequency, and session duration.
- Event Attendance Reports: Provides insights on event attendance, including participant numbers and attendance trends.
- Content Interaction Reports: Measures how users interacted with content like videos, documents, or virtual booths.
- Download Reports: Shows details on downloaded materials, such as presentations or brochures.
- Survey and Poll Reports: Aggregates survey and poll responses collected during events.
- Click on the desired report type to access its specific reporting options.
Step 4: Configure Report Filters
- Once you’ve selected a report type, configure the filters to customize the report output:
- Date Range: Set the time period for the report (e.g., last week, last month, custom range).
- User Type: Filter by specific user groups or roles, such as attendees, exhibitors, or administrators.
- Event or Session: If applicable, specify the event or session you want to analyze.
- Other Filters: Depending on the report, there might be additional filters, such as location, organization, or content type.
- Apply the filters to download the customized report.
Step 5: Generate and Preview the Report
- Click the "Download".
- A preview of the report will appear, showing key metrics and data based on your filters.
- Review the report to ensure it meets your requirements.
Step 6: Export the Report
- To download the report, look for the "Download" button, typically located at the bottom-right corner of the report preview.
- The format is CSV.
- Report will be downloaded to your computer for further analysis.
