How to Reorder Booth Documents
This guide explains how event admins or booth owners can change the display order of booth documents. Reordering ensures that key documents—such as brochures, PDFs, or presentations—are highlighted first on the event’s frontend.
Steps to Reorder Booth Documents

Access the Event Backend

Log in to your event’s backend dashboard.

Navigate to Booth Document Management

Go to Exhibitor Management in the left menu.

Select Booth, then click on Documents.

Open the Reorder
-
Click the Reorder button located at the top-Left of the document list.

Rearrange the Documents

Drag and drop the documents into your desired sequence.

The order you set here will determine how the documents appear on the booth’s public page.

Save Changes

After reordering, save your changes to apply the new sequence.

Result on the Frontend
Once saved, the booth documents will display on the web front in the exact order you set, ensuring visitors see them according to your preferred priority.
