How to restore previous versions of landing pages

Learn how to restore previous versions of your landing page using the Version History feature in the Landing Page Builder. This functionality allows you to easily revert or reapply changes to better manage your event site.

Steps to Restore Versions from the Landing Page Builder:

  1. Access the Landing Page Builder:
    • In the backend, navigate to the Landing Page Builder.
  2. Locate the Version History Button:
    • On the top bar, next to the device controls (where you can switch between mobile, tablet, or desktop views), find the Version History button.

  3. Open the Version History:
    1. Click on the Version History button to view a list of previously saved versions of the landing page.
    2. The list will display up to 20 previous versions of the page, each with a timestamp and information about the user who made the changes.



  4. View and Select a Version to Restore:
    1. Review the list to find the version you want to restore.
    2. Next to each version, you'll find a Restore button.

  5. Restore a Version:
    1. Click the Restore button next to the desired version.
    2. A confirmation prompt will appear to prevent accidental restorations.
    3. Click Confirm to proceed and restore the page to the selected version.

  6. Save Changes:
    • Once you restore the page, ensure to Save Changes in the editor so the restoration reflects on both the backend and live site.

Version History Features:

  • Version Limit: The Version History will display up to 20 previous versions, ensuring easy access to past updates.
  • All Users’ Changes: The history list includes changes made by all users, not just the currently logged-in organizer.
  • User Details: Each version displays who made the changes along with the date and time of the update, giving full transparency in the revision process.
