How to Restrict User Types from Exporting Leads

Control user permissions to manage who can export lead information.

Step 1: Log in

• Log in to your backend portal with your administrator credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to Lead Capture

• From the left navigation menu, click Lead Capture.

Step 3: Access Leads

• Click Leads to view the list of leads captured during your event.

  

Step 4: Open Settings

• On the Leads listing screen, click on the Settings tab located at the top right corner of the screen.

  

Step 5: Restrict User Types

• Find the Restrict User Types to Export Leads field.

• Click the dropdown menu and select the user types you wish to restrict.

  

Step 6: Save Your Changes

• After selecting the desired user types, click Update Settings to save your changes.

  

You have successfully restricted the selected user types from exporting leads.
