How to Resubscribe Users from the Unsubscribed List

Learn how to use the new Resubscribed column in the Unsubscribed Users popup to manually restore email permissions for attendees.

  • Head over to the "Email Campaigns" section in the backend where your campaign list is displayed.

  • Locate the campaign you want to check and click on the three-dot menu (⋮) in the Actions column.

  • From the dropdown, click on "Unsubscribed" to open the list of users who opted out of that specific campaign.

  • A popup modal will appear showing the list of unsubscribed users.

  • You will now see a new column titled Resubscribe Users next to the email column.

  • Each row includes a toggle switch:

    • OFF (default) → User remains unsubscribed.


     
    • ON → User is resubscribed by the organizer.


    This feature ensures organizers can quickly restore email permissions, keeping audience lists accurate and communication seamless.
