How to Resubscribe Users from the Unsubscribed List
Learn how organizers can view unsubscribed users for a campaign and resubscribe them directly from the Email Dashboard. It also covers the enhanced export report that now includes details of who performed each resubscription for better tracking.

Head over to the "Email Campaigns" section in the backend where your campaign list is displayed.

Locate the campaign you want to check and click on the three-dot menu (⋮) in the Actions column.

From the dropdown, click on "Unsubscribed" to open the list of users who opted out of that specific campaign.

A popup modal will appear showing the list of unsubscribed users.

You will now see a new column titled Resubscribe Users next to the email column.

Each row includes a toggle switch:

OFF (default) → User remains unsubscribed.
-
ON → User is resubscribed by the organizer.

- You can view in the the in report if user has been resubscribed, resubscribed Date and Email of the event owner that resubscribed for visibility
This feature ensures organizers can quickly restore email permissions, keeping audience lists accurate and communication seamless.
