The final step in setting up your booth is to Review and Finalize all the details you’ve added. This step ensures everything is polished, accurate, and ready to create a lasting impression on attendees.
How to Review and Finalize Your Booth
1. Review Booth Information
Take a moment to carefully review the preview of your booth. This visual confirmation allows you to verify that:
- All the content, graphics, and banners appear as expected.
- Details like job vacancies, booth representatives, and documents are accurately displayed.
2. Edit Details
If you spot any discrepancies or want to make improvements:
- Use the navigation buttons on the left side of the screen to jump directly to the relevant section.
- Edit the content as needed and save your changes before returning to the review step.
3. Submit Booth
Once you’re satisfied with your booth setup:
- Click the ‘Submit Booth’ button to notify your vFairs representative for a final review.
- This submission confirms your booth is ready for the event.
Important Note
After submission, you can still make changes if needed:
- Use the same booth setup link you received via email to revisit and update any section.
- Save your updates to ensure the changes are reflected in your booth.
