How to Schedule Reports from Event Management Dashboard

Scheduling reports from the Event Management Dashboard ensures timely access to key data without manual intervention. This guide walks you through setting up automated reports via Cross Event Reporting.

1. Access Cross-Event Reports

  • Log in to the Event Management Dashboard.

  • Navigate to Cross-Event Reporting.

2. Open the Report

  • Navigate to the report you want to schedule.

  • Click on the View button.

3. Configure the Schedule Settings

  • Click on the Schedule button.

  • Fill out the details as outlined below:

Field Description
Email Recipients Enter the email address(es) to receive the scheduled report. For multiple recipients, separate each address with a comma (e.g., events.team@organization.com, analytics@organization.com).
File Format Choose between XLSX or CSV format.
Reporting Period Select from Last 24 hours, Last 7 days, Last month, or set a Custom Range by specifying the start and end dates.
Date & Time Select the date and time at which the first report will be sent.
Frequency Choose how often the report should be sent. Options include:
  - Does not repeat
  - Daily
  - Weekly – Specify the days (e.g., Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
  - Monthly – Specify the day of the month
Repeat Every Define how many times the report should repeat based on the selected frequency. This field only appears when a frequency other than "Does not repeat" is selected.
End Recurring Select if you want to set an end date for receiving reports. If you do not wish to set an end date, choose Never.

4. Save the Schedule

  • Click on the Save button to finalize the report scheduling settings.

Outcome

The reports are now scheduled and will be automatically sent to the designated recipients based on the configured settings. They will also appear in the Scheduled Reports section, where you can update or modify the settings if needed.

Note: This can also be set up from the Event Backend by navigating to Analytics > Custom Reports > Report 360. The same steps outlined in this guide apply.
