      How to Select User Types for Live Event Feed Posting

      To maintain control over who can post on the feed, you can select specific user types. Follow these steps to configure the settings effectively.

      Step 1: Access the Mobile App Settings

      1. Log in to your backend portal.

      2. Navigate to the Mobile App section in the left-hand navigation menu.

      Step 2: Open Mobile Settings

      1. Within the Mobile App section, click on Mobile Settings.

      Step 3: Go to the User Permissions Tab

      1. In the Mobile Settings screen, click on the User Permissions tab.

      Step 4: Configure User Types for Live Event Feed Posting

      1. Find the field labeled Select User Types for Live Event Feed Posting.

      2. Choose the user roles that you want to allow for creating posts on the live event feed.

      Step 5: Save the Changes

      1. Once you’ve selected the appropriate user roles, click the Update Settings button.
