How to Send Internal Notification on Pre-Approved Status Change

This feature allows event organizers to automatically send internal notifications whenever a pre-approved attendee’s status is updated.

Overview

Keeping internal teams informed about the status changes of pre-approved invitees is essential for smooth event management. It helps teams stay up to date without manually tracking each change, streamlining communication and improving workflow.


Steps to Send Internal Notification on Pre-Approved Status Change

🔹 Step 1: Log in and Navigate to Participants Section

  1. Log in to your vFairs event backend using your credentials.

  2. In the left navigation menu, go to Participants and click on Attendees and Registrants.


🔹 Step 2: Access Settings

  1. On the Attendees and Registrants screen, click on the Settings button.


🔹 Step 3: Go to Pre-Approved Attendees Tab

  1. In the Settings menu, find and click on the Pre-Approved Attendees tab.


🔹 Step 4: Enable Internal Notification Toggle

  1. You will now see an option labeled "Send Internal Notification on Pre-Approved Status Change."

  2. Enable this toggle by switching it to the on position.


🔹 Step 5: Save the Changes

  1. After enabling the toggle, click on the Update Settings button to save your changes.


🧠 What Happens After Enabling This Feature?

Once the toggle is enabled, an internal notification will automatically be sent to the designated team members whenever the status of a pre-approved attendee changes. This notification will include relevant details about the status update, ensuring that internal teams are informed promptly without needing to manually track each change.
