✅ Steps to Send Internal Notification on Pre-Approved Status Change
🔹 Step 1: Log in and Navigate to Participants Section

Log in to your vFairs event backend using your credentials.

In the left navigation menu, go to Participants and click on Attendees and Registrants.

On the Attendees and Registrants screen, click on the Settings button.
🔹 Step 3: Go to Pre-Approved Attendees Tab

In the Settings menu, find and click on the Pre-Approved Attendees tab.
🔹 Step 4: Enable Internal Notification Toggle

You will now see an option labeled "Send Internal Notification on Pre-Approved Status Change."

Enable this toggle by switching it to the on position.

After enabling the toggle, click on the Update Settings button to save your changes.
