Event organizers can configure settings to send a notification email for each new registration. These notifications can be sent to event owners, admins, or any custom email address.
Step 1: Enable Registration Notifications in Form Builder
- Log into the event backend.
- Navigate to Registrations > Form Builder.
- Either create a new Attendee Registration Form or edit an existing one.
- In the side drawer that opens, scroll to the bottom.
- Locate and enable the toggle "Send Registration Update Email".
- This will reveal the field "Send Registration Updates To", where you can:
- Select Event Owner.
- Select Admin.
- Add a custom email address to receive registration notifications.
- Click Save to apply the settings.
Note: This ensures that selected recipients will receive an email whenever a new attendee registers.
Step 2: Configure the Registration Notification Email Template
- Navigate to Marketing > System Emails.
- Click Create Template in the top-right corner.
- In the new screen, click on Select Template.
4. From the pop-up, go to the Registration & Confirmation section.
5. Select New Registration Notification as the template.
6. Click Continue to proceed.
7. Make any necessary modifications to the email template to fit your event’s requirements.
8. Click Save once changes are made.
Fill in the remaining fields:

- Choose the Language for the email.
- Enter the Subject line.
- Set the From Name (e.g., vFairs).
- Enter the From Email (this is the sender email for notifications).
- (Optional) Add BCC recipients if needed.
Note: Once configured, this template will be used for all new registration notifications.
Step 3: What the Notification Email Includes
Whenever an attendee registers, the selected recipients (event owner, admin, or custom email) will receive an email with the following details:
- Attendee Name
- Attendee Email
- Ticket and Add-on Details
- Payment Method Used for Registration
This ensures event organizers and admins stay informed of all new registrations in real-time.
