How to set up custom domains for your event

Create a personalized event domain for a seamless branding experience.

Setting up a custom domain for your event enhances your branding and provides a professional touch.

Follow these steps to create a custom domain for your vfairs event:

Step 1: Log In to Your Dashboard

Log in to your organizational dashboard to access the event creation tools.

Step 2: Start Creating an Event

Click on the ‘Create New Event’ button. A pop-up screen will appear where you can set up the event details.

Step 3: Add Event Title and Generate URL

In the Event Details section, enter your event title. As you type, an event URL will be generated automatically using the default vFairs domain.

Step 4: Enable Custom Domain

To set up a custom domain:

1. Locate the toggle at the top left of the event URL field.
   
   
2. Enable the toggle to activate the custom domain option.
   
3. Enter your desired custom domain in the provided field.

Step 5: Check Domain Availability

Click on the ‘Check Availability’ button below the event URL field to ensure your URL with custom domain is available for use.

Once your custom domain is validated and available, proceed with the event setup process to create your event.

By following these steps, you can create a custom domain that aligns with your brand, making your event more memorable and professional for attendees.
