# How to set up preselected booth layouts from the backend
## The process of selecting a preconfigured booth layout from the backend is quick and easy. Follow these simple steps to customize your booth layout with minimal effort.
### Step 1: Access Booth Management
To get started, navigate to the **Booth Management** section in your dashboard. You can find this option in the **left navigation menu**. Once selected, this will direct you to a page where you can manage and edit all your booth details.
### Step 2: Choose the Booth You Want to Edit
In the Booth Management section, you will see a list of all your active booths. Locate the booth you want to update and click the **Edit** button next to it. This will open the booth editing drawer, where you can make changes to the booth’s settings, design, and features.
### Step 3: Open Layout Settings
In the booth editing drawer, look for the **Booth Manager Layouts** section. Click on the dropdown list to select your template.
##### **Note: This will only appear if your event type is hybrid or virtual.**
### Step 4: Select a Preselected Booth Layout
Within the Layout Settings area, you will find a list of preconfigured booth layouts that are available to you. These layouts are designed to fit various booth styles and configurations, from simple and clean designs to more complex interactive layouts.
- Browse through the available layouts and select the one that best fits your booth's needs.
### Step 6: Save Your Changes
Once you've selected and customized your booth layout, make sure to click the **Save** button to apply all changes. Your booth will now reflect the new layout, ready for you to upload content and set up other configurations.
### Tips for Choosing the Right Booth Layout:
- **Simplicity is Key**: Choose a layout that highlights your most important content. Too many elements can overwhelm visitors.
- **Consider User Experience**: Make sure that key information, like product details and contact info, is easy to find and navigate.
- **Mobile-Friendly**: Ensure that the layout works well on both desktop and mobile devices to reach a broader audience.
By selecting a preselected booth layout, you can quickly and easily set up an attractive, functional booth. The customization options provide flexibility, while still saving you time by offering a ready-made structure to work with.
