How to Set Up User Status in Chat box

Easily manage user availability in chat box to enhance interaction and communication during your event.

The User Status feature allows you to display the current availability of booth representatives and attendees, such as "Online," "Away," or "Do Not Disturb." This helps manage expectations and ensures smooth communication.

Here's how you can enable it:

Access Chat Settings

  1. Log In and click on the ‘Networking’ tab in the sidebar.
  2. Open Chat Settings: Under the Networking tab, select ‘Chat Settings’ to access the chat-related configuration options.

Enable User Status

  1. In the Chat Settings section, locate the ‘Enable User Status’ feature as marked in the reference image below.
  2. Toggle to Enable: Turn on the User Status feature to display availability statuses for all chat users.

Step 3: Save Changes

After enabling the feature, click ‘Update Settings’ to save the changes.

With User Status enabled, attendees will have a better understanding of the availability of booth representatives, allowing for smoother, more effective communication.
