How to Setup the SMS Notifications for the Badge Printing App

Learn how to Set up SMS notifications in the Badge Printing App to keep attendees informed. This guide offers a step-by-step process to configure settings, customize messages, and ensure timely communication.

  1. In the event backend, locate the left navigation panel and select "Badge Print Settings" found under the "Badge Printing App" section.
  2. Enable the toggle titled "Send SMS Notification on Badge Print".
  3. Enabling this toggle will display a field to select the phone number field from the registration form, allowing the system to send SMS notifications to users.
  4. Enter the message you want to send as an SMS notification in the following field:
  5. Now, whenever a badge is printed, the associated phone number will receive an SMS update.
