How to Show Product Description and Images in the Booth Setup Form (Products Section)

This article walks you through how to enable the product description and Images field in the booth setup form.

Overview

The Products section of the booth setup form allows exhibitors to showcase their offerings during the events like trade shows. Enabling the “Show Product Description”  and "Show product images" toggle gives exhibitors the ability to add detailed descriptions for each product and elevates visibility of their product, improving clarity and engagement for attendees browsing the booth.


Steps to Enable Product Description and Images in Booth Setup Form

🔹 Step 1: Access Booth Management

  1. Log in to your vFairs Event Backend with organizer access.

  2. From the left navigation menu, go to:
    Exhibitor Management > Booth Management


🔹 Step 2: Open Booth Settings

  1. Click the “Settings” button at the top right corner of the screen.


🔹 Step 3: Enable the Product Description Toggle

  1. In the settings panel, go to the Advanced Settings tab.

  2. Find the toggle labeled:
    “Show Product Description in Booth Setup Form Products Section” and "Show Product Image in Booth Setup Form Products Section"

  3. Turn the toggle ON to activate the product description and Images field for all booths.


🔹 Step 4: Save the Settings

  1. Click the “Update Settings” button to apply your changes.


🧾 What Happens After Enabling?

  • Exhibitors will now see an additional Product Description and Product Image field when adding or editing products in their booth setup form.

  • They can enter details such as product features, pricing, specifications, or promotional text.

  • These descriptions will be visible to attendees within the booth’s product display area.
