This guide will walk you through the simple steps to sort speakers on your event landing page.
Step 1: Navigate to the Sessions Section
Start by logging into your event dashboard. In the left navigation menu, click on the Sessions section.
Step 2: Click on "Session Listing"
Within the Sessions section, click on Session Listing. This will display a comprehensive list of all sessions, along with the speakers and other relevant session information.
Step 3: Click on the "Settings" Button
At the top-right of the Session Listing page, you will see a Settings button. Click on this button to access additional settings and customization options.
Step 4: Select the "Speakers Hub" Option
In the settings menu, locate and click on the third option listed on the left side: Speakers Hub. This will open the dedicated area for managing speaker information, allowing you to make adjustments to how speakers are displayed across your landing page.
Step 5: Click on "Sort Speakers"
Within the Speakers Hub, look for the Sort Speakers option. Clicking on this will open a menu that gives you the option to reorder the speakers based on specific criteria.
Step 6: Choose the Sorting Method
You can sort the speakers in two ways:
- Alphabetically by First Name: This option will arrange the speakers in alphabetical order based on their first names.
- Alphabetically by Last Name: Alternatively, you can sort speakers alphabetically by their last names.
Select the sorting method that best suits your event’s needs, whether you want to arrange them by first name or last name.
Step 7: Save Your Changes
After selecting your preferred sorting method, make sure to save your changes by clicking 'Update Settings'. The speaker list on your landing page will automatically update, reflecting the new order based on your chosen sorting criteria.
