How to update the dropdown list in the registration form? 

This step by step guide will help you in uploading the dropdown list in the registration form in the backend admin portal. 

 

Steps to access and update the dropdown field in the registration form:

  1. Login to the backend portal using the email address and password shared by your vFairs representative.
  2. From the left menu, navigate to the Registration and then go to the Form Builder section: 

3. You will see the below screen where you can click on the settings icon for the Attendee Registration Form:




4.  The form fields will open up where you can find all the fields and edit any dropdown field by clicking on the edit pen icon as shown below: 







 5. When you edit the dropdown field as shown above, you can easily update any of the dropdown options individually or click on the Add Many option on the bottom right and make changes in the list at once. 
6. Once done, click on the Save button on the bottom and then click on the Save Form button on the top right corner to save your changes. 
  • Important Note: It is not recommended to make changes in the form fields once the registrations are live as that can impact on the users’ data and distort it.
