This guide details how to upload videos in the video library. It covers adding both on-demand recordings and directly uploaded content in the "Uploaded Videos" screen.
What is a Video Library?
The vFairs video library is a section for managing event-related videos, including presentations and webinars. It features "Recorded Videos" from live sessions and "Uploaded Videos" added directly.
How to upload videos?
Step-by-step guide:
- Login to the backend, and navigate to the “Sessions” section in the left menu. Click on it to expand, then select “Video Library”
2. Click the ‘Add Video’ button to initiate the process of adding videos.
3. Fill out the video details mentioned below:

Select a session from the dropdown menu to associate your video with the corresponding event session |
- After adding these details, click the ‘Save’ button at the bottom right of the drawer to complete the process of adding video.
Users can also edit and delete videos from this library, and we also have a replace option to add another recording file.
