Learn how to use Video Library to upload videos easily and seamlessly!
What is a Video Library?
The vFairs video library is a section for managing event-related videos, including presentations and webinars. It features "Recorded Videos" from live sessions and "Uploaded Videos" added directly.
How to upload videos?
Step by step guide:
- Login to the backend, and navigate to the “Sessions” section in the left menu. Click on it to expand, then select “Video Library”
- Click the ‘Add Video’ button to initiate the process of adding videos.
- Fill out the video details mentioned below:

Select a session from the dropdown menu to associate your video with the corresponding event session |

Attach a video or youtube link of the video which needs to be uploaded |

Upload MP4 file here with 1600x900 pixels in size only. |
Note for Sessions field:
Recording Toggle: During the setup of a Zoom session, an option to "enable recording" is available.
Rendering Post-Session: After the session concludes, the system requires 5-10 minutes to render the session recording accurately.
Uploading the Recording: Once the recording is rendered and available, it is uploaded to Vimeo or our server.
Automating Replay Access: The URL for the recording is automatically embedded as the replay URL.
Transition to On-Demand: The session is seamlessly transitioned to an on-demand format once the replay URL is set.
- After adding these details, click the ‘Save’ button at the bottom right of the drawer to complete the process of adding video.
By following the above steps, users can easily upload videos to the video library.
