How to Use Organization Assets in Page Builder

This guide explains how to access and use images from your organization’s asset library when customizing event pages using the Page Builder.

1. Log in and Navigate to Page Builder

• Log in to the Event Backend.

• Navigate to Event Content > Page Builder.

2. Open the Page Builder Editor

• Open the Page Builder Editor and navigate to the section you want to update with an image or asset

• For example, open the Hero Section to begin editing.

3. Upload Image from Organization Assets

• Click on the Upload Image button to open the media upload popup.

• Select the Media Library tab.

• You will see a list of images stored under Organization Assets.

• Select the image you want to use.

4. Save Changes

• After selecting the image, click Save Changes to apply it to the section.

Outcome

The selected image from your organization’s asset library is now added to the page. Changes are saved and reflected in the live event content.
