The vFairs AI Assistaant helps moderators prepare insightful questions for panel discussions and chats.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Login to the backend and navigate to the ‘Marketing’ section. Click on it to expand and then click ‘AI Assistant’ to access the AI Tools vFairs offer.

  1. Select Moderator Q&A from the AI Assistant and click it to open a new screen.
  2. Start by providing a clear and descriptive title for your session in the "Session Title" field. This title helps the AI understand the context of your discussion.
  3. Specify the Number of questions you want AI to generate. The default value is 5, but you can adjust this to generate more or fewer questions.
  4. To generate the most relevant questions, add any additional context in the "Add Relevant Information" field. Including relevant details like topics, keywords, or the tone of voice will help the AI create better questions.

Examples of Suggestions to Include:

  • Add Topics: Provide specific topics that best describe the speaker's expertise and the discussion theme. This ensures that the AI-generated questions are focused and insightful.
  • Tone of Voice: Specify a tone that matches your audience—witty, friendly, creative, or professional—to help generate questions that resonate with the discussion style.

Use the quick buttons to easily add these elements, and hover over them to view tooltips explaining how they can improve your content.

  1. You can choose how many variations of the questions you want the AI to generate by specifying the "Number of Variants" field (between 1 and 3).
  2. Click Generate and your AI content will be generated and displayed in the box below.
  3. You can Review, and Edit the generated content easily.
  4. Content can be copied by clicking the ‘Copy’ icon shown under the Generate button.
  5. The "History" section keeps a record of previously generated questions. This is helpful for reference, allowing you to track changes and maintain consistency across multiple sessions.

Tips for Effective Moderator Questions

  • Make them Open-Ended: Ask questions that encourage detailed responses rather than yes/no answers.
  • Know Your Audience: Tailor questions to suit the audience's interests and level of expertise.
  • Vary the Tone: Use a mix of professional, friendly, and thought-provoking questions to keep the session dynamic.
  • Review Thoroughly: Always review AI-generated questions to make sure they fit the session context and objectives.
