How to utilize AI Tool to generate content for Social Media

vFairs AI Assistant allows users to create engaging, AI-powered social media posts that maximize an event's reach.

Step-by-Step Guide:
  1. Login to the backend and navigate to the ‘Marketing’ section. Click on it to expand and then click ‘AI Assistant’ to access the AI Tools vFairs offers. 
  2. Select Social Media from the dashboard and click it to open a new screen.
     
  3. Choose What stage of the event is this post for. I.e Pre Event, Live Event, Post Event.

Pre-Event

OutReach: Promote the event and encourage registrations.


Confirmation: Confirm the registration of attendees.


Reminder:  Remind potential or registered attendees about the event.


Other: (custom purpose).

Live Event

Notification: Inform attendees that the event is currently live. You can schedule announcements about the event agenda at specific times.


Reminder: Remind attendees to participate while the event is ongoing.


Other: (custom purpose).

Post-Event

Thank You: Thank attendees for joining the event.

Re-Engagement: Reconnect with customers to boost engagement.

  1. In the "Add Relevant Information" field, you can provide more context to help the AI generate effective content. This could include keywords, emojis, tone of voice, or relevant hashtags. Use the provided quick buttons to add:
    Keywords: Targeted keywords to boost visibility.
    Emojis: Emojis to add personality to your posts.
    Tone of Voice: Customize the post tone, such as witty, friendly, or professional.
    Hashtags: Add relevant hashtags to increase the reach of your post.
    Tip: Tooltips are available to guide you on what each suggestion can help achieve. Hover over the suggestions to get more information.
  2. If you want multiple options to choose from, set the "Number of Variants" you want the AI to generate (between 1 and 3).
     
  3. Click Generate and the AI generated content will be displayed in the text box below.
  4. The "History" section keeps a record of all previously generated posts. This feature is useful for referencing your earlier posts and maintaining consistency in messaging.
  5. Users can also get a preview of the post in the preview section. 
  6. Content can be easily copied by clicking the Copy icon below the Generate button.
    By following the above mentioned steps, users can easily navigate to and utilize AI tools in order to generate content.
