How to utilize AI Tool to generate Speaker Bio

The vFairs AI Assistant allows users to generate engaging speaker biographies using just a LinkedIn profile link and additional relevant information. 

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Login to the backend and navigate to the ‘Marketing’ section. Click on it to expand and then click ‘AI Assistant’ to access the AI Tools vFairs offer. 

  1. Select Speaker Bio from the AI Assistant and click it to open a new screen.
  2. Enter the LinkedIn URL

Start by entering the LinkedIn profile URL of the speaker in the "LinkedIn URL" field. Ensure the URL follows the format: https://www.linkedin.com/in/john_D/.

 

Note: Providing a valid LinkedIn URL allows the AI to gather key details from the speaker's profile, which helps in crafting a well-rounded bio.

  1. Add Relevant Information:

To generate the most effective speaker bio, add additional context in the "Add Relevant Information" field. 

Examples of Suggestions to Include:

  • Add Key Message: Emphasize a key message to highlight the speaker's expertise and engage the audience.
  • Key Achievements: Highlight the speaker's major successes to showcase their authority on the topic.
  • Add Topics: Mention topics that describe the speaker's expertise and what they will discuss at the event.

Tip: Use the provided quick buttons to easily add these elements.

  1. Set the Number of Variants

Specify how many versions of the speaker bio you want by setting the "Number of Variants" field (between 1 and 3). 

Note: This gives you multiple options to choose from, ensuring the bio best fits your needs.

 

  1. Generate the Speaker Bio

Once all relevant inputs are provided, click the "Generate" button to create the speaker bio. The AI will use the LinkedIn URL and any additional information you provided to generate a tailored speaker bio.
