How to utilize AI Tool to write Emails

The vFairs AI Assistant allows users to create effective email campaigns for various stages of an event using AI-powered tools.

Step-by-Step Guide:
  1. Login to the backend and navigate to the ‘Marketing’ section. Click on it to expand and then click ‘AI Assistant’ to access the AI Tools vFairs offer. 
  2. Click on the Email Marketing card and click on it to open a new screen.
  3. Select the stage of the event (Pre-Event, Live Event, Post-Event).

Pre-Event

OutReach: Promote the event and encourage registrations.


Confirmation: Confirm the registration of attendees.


Reminder:  Remind potential or registered attendees about the event.


Other: (custom purpose).

Live Event

Notification: Inform attendees that the event is currently live. You can schedule announcements about the event agenda at specific times.


Reminder: Remind attendees to participate while the event is ongoing.

Post-Event

Thank You: Thank attendees for joining the event.

Re-Engagement: Reconnect with customers to boost engagement.

  1. In the "Add Relevant Information" field, you can provide more context to help the AI generate effective email content. Use the provided suggestions to quickly add valuable information:

  1. Use the quick buttons provided to easily include these elements, and hover over them to view tooltips explaining how they can help enhance your content.
  2. Specify how many versions of the generated email content you want by setting the "Number of Variants" field (between 1 and 3). This helps you choose the best version for your audience.
     
  3. Click Generate and your AI content will be generated and displayed in the box below.
  4. Generated content can be further edited according to your preference and can be copied by clicking the ‘Copy’ icon present under the Generate button.
  5. The "History" section keeps a record of previously generated emails. This allows you to reference past versions, track changes, and maintain a consistent message throughout your campaign. 

The "Preview" section allows you to visualize how the email will appear to recipients. This feature helps ensure the email layout is appealing and conveys the message effectively.
