# How to View and Export Unsubscribed Users in an Email Campaign

## Learn how to view and export the list of users who have unsubscribed from your email campaigns using the Email Campaigns module.

1. Head over to the **"Email Campaigns"** section in the backend where your campaign list is displayed.

2. Locate the campaign you want to check and click on the **three-dot menu (⋮)** in the **Actions** column.

3. From the dropdown, click on the **"Unsubscribed"** option to open the list of users who opted out of that specific campaign.

4. A **popup modal** will appear showing the list of unsubscribed users. The table includes:
   
     - Contact 
     - Email Address
     - Resubscribe User
     - Unsubscribed Date
     - Resubscribed Date

5. To export this list, click the **“Download CSV”** button within the popup.

6. The list will be downloaded in `.csv` format, which can be opened in Excel or any spreadsheet tool for further analysis or record-keeping.

7. You can use this exported file to review unsubscribe trends, clean your audience, or update your CRM with opt-out data.

**Export at Event Level**

1. Go to the **Email Campaign Dashboard** at the **event level** (not inside a specific campaign).

2. Click on the **“More”** button next to the **“Columns”** button.

3. From the dropdown, click on the **“Export Unsubscribed Users”** option.

4. If unsubscribed users exist, an **`.xlsx` file** will be generated and automatically downloaded.
