# How to check orders in the order history page
## Learn how to access and manage order details within your E-commerce dashboard’s order history page. This guide will walk you through locating the order history page, understanding its features, and exporting order details for efficient tracking.
### **Overview:**
The Order History feature allows users to view detailed information about orders placed on the vFairs front-end platform, providing insights into customer purchases. Admins can track orders across different booths, while Booth Admins can view orders specific to their own booth. Follow the steps below to access and utilize the order history effectively.
### **Prerequisites:**
- Ensure you have the necessary user role (Event Owner/Admin or Booth Admin) to access and view order history.
- Verify that the E-commerce settings are configured in your platform.
### **Step-by-Step Guide:**
#### **Accessing the Order History Dashboard**
1. Go to the **E-commerce** tab in the left-side panel of the dashboard. 
2. Click Settings on the **Items **screen and '**Enable Order History**' toggle.
3. Then go back In the E-commerce dashboard and click the **Order History** subtab at the top of the page.
4. On the **Order History** screen:
- - **Admin Access**: Admins can view all orders across various booths.
- **Booth Admin Access**: Booth Admins can view orders placed within their assigned booth.
#### **Order History Dashboard Overview**
The Order History dashboard displays key order details in a structured table format for easy reference. The table includes columns with important information, as shown below:
| **Column Name** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| **Order ID** | A unique identifier assigned to each order. |
| **Item** | The product name or item purchased. |
| **Price** | The price of the individual item at the time of purchase. |
| **Quantity** | Number of units purchased in this order. |
| **Order Date & Time** | The exact date and time when the order was placed. |
| **Booth** | The booth associated with the order. |
| **Buyer Name** | The name of the attendee who placed the order. |
#### **Exporting Order History**
The platform offers an export option for users needing to download order history data:
1. In the **Order History** dashboard, locate the **Export** button at the top-right corner.
2. Click **Export** to download a copy of the order history in a suitable format (e.g., CSV or Excel), which can be used for further analysis or record-keeping.
### **Tips:**
- Regularly review and export the order history to stay updated on sales trends and inventory needs.
- Use the order data to analyze customer preferences and improve item management.
By following these steps, you can easily view, track, and manage your order history, ensuring a streamlined order management experience within your E-commerce platform.
