How to View Mobile App Menu Items in Another Language on vFairs

This guide will explain how to configure your vFairs mobile app to display menu items in different languages, following a straightforward step-by-step process.

Step 1: Configure Event Settings

  • Access Event Settings: Log into your vFairs event management dashboard. Navigate to the "Event Settings" to begin configuring the languages.
  • Set App Available Languages: In the "Event Settings," locate the dropdown menu for "app available languages."

Step 2: Add Menus for Each Language

  • Classic View Setup: Switch to the V1 interface by selecting "Switch Classic View" from the dashboard. Go to the "Content menu," select "Menu," and then click "Add Menu" to create menu items specific to each language you've set up in the previous step.

Step 3: Utilize the App Builder in V2

  • Switch to Modern Interface: Transition to the V2 interface by clicking on "Switch to V2" at the top of your dashboard.
  • Mobile App Configuration: In the V2 dashboard, navigate to "Mobile App" and then to "App Builder." Use the "Add Menus" option available under "Quick Links" to integrate the previously created menus into the mobile app structure.

  • Open the Mobile App: Launch the vFairs mobile app on your device to view the changes.
