How to View Chatroom Logs

This guide outlines the steps to access and filter chatroom logs for group conversations held during the event.

Steps to Access Chatroom Logs

  1. Navigate to Event Backend

    • Log into the backend of the desired event.

  2. Go to Chatroom Logs

    • Click on Networking from the side menu.

    • Select Chatroom Logs from the dropdown.

  3. Apply Filters to View Desired Logs

    • Select Chatroom: Choose the specific chatroom you wish to view.

    • Select Chat Duration: Define a date range for the logs to filter messages exchanged during that period.

      • Note: If left blank, the system will show the entire chat history.

    • Keyword: Enter any specific keyword to search for within the chat messages.

  4. Click the Search Button

    • The filtered chatroom logs will appear in the right pane based on the selected filters.
