Step 1: Access the Analytics Section

  • Navigate to Analytics: Start by logging into the backend of your event management system. From there, click on 'Analytics' in the left navigation menu. This section is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of all data-related functionalities and reporting tools available.

Step 2: Select Post Event Reports

  • Go to Post Event Reports: Within the Analytics area, find and select 'Post Event Reports.' This section allows you to dive deep into data collected before, during, and after the event, specifically tailored to different event components including the mobile app.

  • Contact Card Section:

    • Contact Card Report: Shows which contact cards have been exchanged, including details on who scanned and retrieved each card.
    • Contact Card User Share: Indicates who shared their contact cards via chat.
    • Contact Cards for Booth: Details which booth has retrieved which users' contact cards.
  • Live Feed Section:

    • Live Feed Detail Report: Provides an overview of the live feed activity, including the number of comments, likes, and the specific users who engaged with the content.
  • Ad Reports Section:

    • Splash Ad  Summary Reports: Include metrics such as total clicks, clicks by unique users, best performing ad, and detailed analytics on ad engagement.
    • Splash Ad Detailed Reports: Includes detailed summary of when and who clicked the ads
    • Banner Ad Summary Reports: Summarize and detail user interactions with banner ads, providing insights into effectiveness and audience engagement.
    • Banner Ad Detailed Reports: Includes detailed summary of when and who clicked the ads
  • Check-In and Check-Out Section:

    • Check In and Check out Summary Report: Offer the overview summary of check-Ins and Check-Outs.
    • Check In and Check Out Detailed Report: Offer an overview and detailed breakdown of check-ins and check-outs
    • Check in and Check Out Detailed Report (Sessions): Offer an overview and detailed breakdown of check-ins and check-outs, including session-specific data.
  • QR Scans Reports Section:


    • QR Scans Summary Report: Summarizes the total number of contact exchanges done through QR scans across the event.
    • QR  Scans Detailed Report: Provides specifics on who scanned, when, and the details of each scan.
    • Booth QR Scan Report: Details who scanned which booth’s QR code, along with the specifics of each QR code interaction.

  • Scavenger Hunt Section:  


    • QR Scavenger Hunt Report (Mobile): Tracks which user scanned which item, the points rewarded, and the timing of each scan.

Step 4: Generate and Analyze Reports

  • Generate Desired Reports: Select the reports you wish to view, fill in any necessary criteria or filters, and then generate the report to view the results.
