Enabling Survey Category and Points Features

To use these features, follow these steps:

Step 1: Access the Form Builder Settings

  1. Navigate to the Form Builder Settings in your backend and locate the Surveys Module


Step 2: Enable Linking Categories to Surveys

  1. Toggle Link Categories to Surveys ON.

  1. When this toggle is ON:
    • The Categories field will display when creating a survey.

  • The Categories column will appear in the survey list view for easy management.

Step 3: Enable Assigning Points to Categories

  1. Toggle Assign Points to Categories ON.

  1. When this toggle is ON:
    • A Points field will appear in the Categories Module during category creation.
    • The Points column will display in the list view of the Categories Module.

  1. To assign points:
    • Click on the "Click here" link in the description.
    • You’ll be redirected to the Categories Module to manage points.

Step 1: Access the Categories Module

  1. Navigate to the Networking Module in the backend.
  2. Select Categories.

Step 2: Add or Edit Categories

  1. Click +Add to create a new category.
  2. Fill in the following fields:
    • Name: Enter the category name.
    • Description: Provide a brief description of the category.
    • Points: (Visible only when "Assign Points to Categories" is enabled). Enter the points to be awarded for this category.

Step 3: View Categories and Points

  1. In the Categories list view, you can now see the Points field alongside the Name and Description fields.
  2. Edit or update points as needed by clicking on the respective category.
