How to Hide a Session from the Registration Form
If you don’t want a particular session to appear in the form (e.g., it's not finalized yet), follow these steps:
- Go to the Sessions module in your vFairs backend.
- Find the session you want to hide and click the pencil icon next to it.
- In the side drawer that opens, go to Advanced Settings.
- Enable the toggle: "Hide in Attendee Registration Form."
- Click Update Session.
This will prevent the session from appearing in the registration form until you're ready to display it.
