    • Option 2: Bulk Upload
      • Download the CSV template, add your items to it, and upload the file using the Import feature.

    • Once items are added, their status will depend on who added them:
      • Pending Supplier Review – Items added by the Admin, awaiting supplier action.
      • Pending Admin Review – Items added by the exhibitor/supplier, awaiting Admin review.
  4. Understanding Allowance Negotiation Statuses:

    Pending Admin Review

The item is under Admin review, requiring them to negotiate, accept, or reject.

    Pending Supplier Review

The item is under supplier review, requiring their action to negotiate or accept.

    Accepted

The item has been accepted and will appear on the e-commerce front-end.

    Rejected

The item has been rejected, but the supplier/exhibitor can resubmit the allowance for negotiation.

  5. Negotiating Allowances:
There are two ways to negotiate allowances:
    • At the Item Level:
      • Click on the three-dot icon next to the item and select Negotiate.

      • A side panel will open, displaying the current allowance. You can enter the new allowance and add any comments if needed.
      • Click on Negotiate to send an email notification to the other party, providing details of the updated allowance.

    • At the Worksheet Level:
      • Click the Edit Worksheet button (top-right) to edit multiple items at once.
      • Update the allowance values for several items in the worksheet.
      • Once all changes are made, click Save Changes (top-right). A single email notification will be sent containing details of all updated allowances.

  6. Finalizing Allowances:
    • To accept an allowance, click the three-dot icon and select Accept.

    • For Admins, the item status must be Pending Admin Review to finalize the acceptance.
    • Similarly, for exhibitors/suppliers, the status must be Pending Supplier Review before the allowance can be updated or accepted.

Tips:

  • Use item-level negotiation for individual adjustments and worksheet-level negotiation for bulk updates.
  • Regularly check the item statuses to ensure a smooth negotiation flow.
  • Always review the email notifications for accuracy and record-keeping.

By following these steps, you can easily manage and finalize allowance negotiations, making the process efficient and hassle-free for both Admins and Exhibitors
