1. Enabling the Allowance Negotiation Feature

Navigate to the Event Setup tab in the Side Panel.

Go to the E-commerce Module settings.

Toggle on the "Enable Allowance Negotiation" option to activate the feature in your e-commerce dashboard.

- Navigate to the E-commerce tab in the left-side panel.
- In the E-commerce dashboard, click on Settings (top-right corner, next to the Add Item button).
- Locate the Enable Allowance Negotiation toggle and enable it.
Once enabled, a new sub-tab called Allowance Negotiation will appear in the E-commerce dashboard.

6. Negotiating Allowances
At the Item Level:
- Click on the three-dot icon next to the item and select Negotiate.
- A side panel will open, displaying the current allowance.
- Enter the new allowance and add any comments if needed.
- Click Negotiate to send an email notification to the other party with details of the updated allowance.
At the Worksheet Level:
- Click the Edit Worksheet button (top-right corner) to edit multiple items at once.
- Update the allowance values for several items in the worksheet.
- Once all changes are made, click Save Changes (top-right). A single email notification will be sent with details of all updated allowances.
7. Finalizing Allowances
- To accept an allowance:
- Click the three-dot icon next to an item and select Accept.
- For Admins, the item status must be Pending Admin Review to finalize the acceptance.
