How to view email triggers on system emails.

Learn how to view email triggers on system emails or email templates by using registration form fields as triggers.

Step 1: Create or Select a Custom Email Template

  • Navigate to System Emails in the backend.
  • Either create a new custom email template or select an existing one to update the content as per your requirement.

Step 2: Set Triggers Using the Registration Form Editor

  • Open the Registration Form Editor from the backend.
  • Assign triggers by mapping specific registration form fields to the desired email template.
  • Once the triggers are configured, click the Save button to ensure the changes are applied.

Step 3: Access the Email Template

  • Go to the System Emails section under the Marketing tab.
  • Locate the email template you configured with the registration form field triggers.

Step 4: View Triggers

  • Open the selected email template by clicking the Edit icon.
  • In the template editor, you can view the triggers that have been set.
