Users will not be able to their QR code in the event app until their badge is printed via the badge printing app.
  • External QR Codes:
    • Setting: "Are you using a non-vFairs QR code to check in or print badges?"
    • Function: Enable this if you are using QR codes from an external provider for check-ins or badge printing, ensuring compatibility with your existing systems.
  • Notifications on Badge Print:
    • Settings: "Send SMS Notification on Badge Print?" and "Send Email Notification on Badge Print?"
    • Function: These settings enable the automatic sending of an SMS or email notification to attendees when their badges are printed, enhancing communication.
